Layoff of Part-Time Employees. In the event that it is necessary, in the discretion of the Employer to reduce part-time staff, the part- time employees who shall be named to be laid off shall be those last employed regardless of the number of hours or shifts which such employees might have worked. Remaining layoffs, if any, shall be made in the inverse order of seniority in each work classification group.
