Bilingual Premium The appointing authority may require a qualified employee to perform bilingual duties in positions which have been identified and designated as requiring such bilingual skills. In order to ensure an adequate level of bilingual proficiency, the Director, Department of Human Resources may require periodic evaluation of incumbents receiving bilingual premium.
Construction Management Fee The Construction Management Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To-Exceed Fee of Fifty-One Thousand, Four Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars and Twenty-Three Cents ($51,456.23). NOTE: Allowances will be on a Not-To-Exceed basis. All unused funds will be returned to the School District at the time of construction closeout. Erosion Control Structure Maintenance During the period of this contract, Purchaser shall provide maintenance of soil erosion control structures constructed by Purchaser until they become stabilized, but not for more than 1 year after their construction. Contracting Of- ficer may agree to perform such structure maintenance under B4.218, if requested by Purchaser, subject to agreement on rates. Purchaser shall not be responsible for repair of such structures damaged by other National Forest users whose activities are not a part of Pur- chaser’s Operations.
Training Premium Qualified Operators selected by the Employer to train new Operators shall be paid a training premium of 40¢ per hour while engaged in training work.
Construction Manager’s Fee The following shall be deemed included in the Construction Manager’s fee for services during the Construction Phase.
Lead Hand Premium The Lead Hand premium shall be one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour for employees so appointed and the Company retains sole discretion to appoint, maintain or delete the use of lead hands.
Safety Boot Allowance Effective January 1, 2022, except for temporary and probationary employees, the Employer agrees to pay one hundred and eighty-five dollars ($185.00) in January of each year towards the cost of safety boots for each full time employee requiring them and one hundred ($100.00) dollars for each part time employee requiring them under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and/or by the Employer, provided the Employee is not eligible for safety footwear through the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.
First Aid Premium First Aid Premiums shall apply when an employee is assigned by the Employer to be a First Aid Attendant on a job site and shall be paid as follows: Level II - $1.00 per hour. Level III - $2.00 per hour.
Certification Premium Nurses certified in a specialty area by a national organization and working in that area of certification shall be paid a premium of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour, provided that the nurse continues to meet all educational and other requirements to keep the certification current and in good standing.
