Common use of LEAD WORKER PAY Clause in Contracts

LEAD WORKER PAY. An employee in any class covered by Local 1414, designated by his or her supervisor or xxxxxxx as a lead worker, shall receive a premium of $12 per day when required to sketch, layout, detail, estimate, order materials, or take the lead on a job when at least two (2) employees in the same classification are assigned to a particular job and one acts as a lead. Effective 7/1/07, the Lead Worker Pay premium will be increased by $1 each fiscal year for the duration of this agreement.
