Leadership Activities. 4.6.2.5.1 The member must serve one full year as an ALA Representative assignment on an Educational Program/Operational committee, shared governance committee, or an elected/appointed official State, City, or local non-profit organization. Leadership credit is limited to any combination of two activities (committee, organizations) per year and must be an uncompensated position. A written letter of service from an officer of the organization must be submitted into the VRC as verification. All leadership activities submitted are subject to approval. A term is a one year commitment and up to three points can be earned for each year of verified membership per organization, up to six points per year.

Leadership Activities. In each semester of my CS-LEAP scholarship award period at SUNY Potsdam, I agree to participate regularly in CS-LEAP Leadership-related activities including weekly Leadership Seminar meetings (normally held on Fridays at 2pm), business etiquette dinners, CS Board of Advisors meetings, and other Leadership events as arranged by the CS-LEAP staff. I understand that if I have more than two unexcused Leadership activity absences, I will be considered probationary for CS-LEAP Scholarship support for the following semester. If I have more than four unexcused Leadership activity absences in a particular semester, or if I am on probationary status and have more than two unexecused Leadership activity absences, I will lose my CS-LEAP Scholarship support for the following semester.
