Leave for Bargaining Unit Business. F.2.2.1 A Permanent Contract Employee elected or selected for a full-time position with the Bargaining Unit shall be granted a full-time leave of absence by the Employer without loss of salary (including allowances) and benefits, and without loss of seniority. Such leave shall be renewed each year, upon request, during his/her term of office. The Bargaining Unit shall reimburse the Employer for the employment costs of such leaves. The Employer will make arrangements with the Bargaining Unit regarding sick leave credit allotments.
