Leave Loading and Payment In Lieu of Annual Leave Upon Termination. ‌ A loading of 17.5% of salary shall be paid to the Employee when taking annual leave accrued under subclause 10.1. The loading will not be payable on pro-rata leave upon termination, nor where such pro- rata leave is cashed-out, but will be paid to annual leave accrued under subclause 10.1. where it is cashed out or upon termination.
