Leave of Absence Due to Injury (SLI. l. All employees covered by this Agreement who are disabled because of job related injury or disease may, if it is recommended by the appointing authority and approved by the Department of Personnel, be granted a leave of absence with pay from funds appropriated for this purpose and as provided in State regulations.
