Leave of Absence for Education. (a) The Employer may grant a leave of absence without pay for educational purposes to a Nurse who has been employed for a minimum of one year. Such leave must be requested at least three (3) months in advance of the requested commencement date and the nature of the educational program must be directly related to the skills and requirements of the Employer.
