Leave of Absence While on Vacation. When an employee is in receipt of Weekly Indemnity Plan benefits, or on leave with pay in accordance with the provisions of Article 30, during his vacation period, there shall be no deduction from vacation time for such leave. The period of vacation so displaced shall be taken at a mutually agreed time. An employee intending to claim displaced vacation must advise the Employer and provide acceptable documentation within five days of returning to work.
