Leave Record. Barnardos is obliged under the Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 to keep a written holiday and leave record for each employee. Employees are entitled to have access to, a copy of or a certified extract from the holiday and leave record pertaining to them, upon request. All requests will be dealt with as soon as practicable by Barnardos.
Leave Record. A log of the kind and amount of leave taken annually will be recorded in the district human resources office. An annual report of used leaves will be made to employees who individually request this information.
