LEAVES OF ABSENCE AND BEREAVEMENT PAY. 16.01 The Employer shall grant leaves of absence without pay for legitimate personal reasons. It is understood that any leave of absence is subject to reasonable notice being given to such Employer. In the event such leave of absence is not used for the purpose granted, the employee may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.
