LEAVES OF ABSENCE AND BEREAVEMENT PAY. 19.01 Employees who request a leave of absence shall give the Employer adequate notice. If adequate notice is not given, the leave may be refused. Adequate notice for leaves of up to four (4) working days shall normally be four (4) working days. Adequate notice for leaves of absence in excess of four (4) working days shall normally be a minimum of two (2) calendar weeks.
