Leaves of Absence Without Pay for Personal Reasons. A. The Transportation Supervisor may grant to an employee a personal leave without pay for up to twelve (12) weeks. The request must be in writing, state the beginning and ending date of the request and the reason for the leave. The Transportation Supervisor may grant or deny the leave based on the merits of the request and the decision shall be final.
