LEGISLATION AND THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 6.01 All provisions of this Agreement are subject to applicable laws now or hereafter in effect. If any law now existing or hereafter enacted, by the Government of Alberta or Canada, or proclamation or regulation shall invalidate or disallow any portion of this Agreement, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in force.
