Common use of Length of Continuous Service Clause in Contracts

Length of Continuous Service. as a certified/licensed employee shall not accrue during but shall not be interrupted by authorized leaves of absence. All current teachers are "grandfathered" in as to length of service as of the ratification date. One hundred twenty (120) days of service or more in any given school year shall constitute a year of service.
