Length of Work Week. City employees generally shall have the following work weeks: general government employees at the Civic Center 37.5 hours, all other City employees 40 hours 187. Attendance. Employees shall be in attendance at their work in accordance with the rules governing hours of work, holidays, and leaves. All departments shall keep daily attendance records of employees which shall be reported on the payrolls. Absence without leave may be cause for disciplinary action.
