LESSEE'S USE OF THE PREMISES. Except as otherwise provided, Lessee shall have the exclusive use of the Premises during the term of this Lease. Lessee may sell liquor and beer in the Clubhouse located on the Premises but agrees as a condition of this Lease that such sales shall be conducted in an orderly and lawful manner and in accordance with state and municipal regulations and ordinances. The Lessee shall apply for any licenses required for the sale of beer or liquor, and any sales of beer or liquor shall be conditioned upon the Lessee obtaining and maintaining valid license(s) for such sales. Lessor agrees that it will act upon any timely application for renewal of Lessee’s liquor license in accordance with Wisconsin law.
LESSEE'S USE OF THE PREMISES. Lessee shall only conduct the following activity on the Premises: Recovery Cafe (the “Authorized Use”).
LESSEE'S USE OF THE PREMISES. The Premises may be used for the use or uses set forth in Subparagraph 1(k) only, and Lessee will not use or permit the Premises to be used for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Lessor, which consent Lessor may withhold in its sole and absolute discretion. Lessee shall have the exclusive right to use the Premises pursuant to the foregoing provision. Nothing in this Lease will be deemed to give Lessee any exclusive right to such use in the Building.

LESSEE'S USE OF THE PREMISES. Lessee shall only conduct the following activity on the Premises: Recycling carbon fiber composite materials and manufacture of products from the recycled materials (the “Authorized Use”).
LESSEE'S USE OF THE PREMISES. Lessee shall only conduct the following activity on the Premises: coffee shop and related food service retail business, including catering or commissary use (the “Authorized Use”).
