LETTERS IN PERSONAL FILES. Except in instances of workplace violence, sexual harassment and theft, excluding those that were subject to a grievance that was upheld, all letters of reprimand, suspension or other disciplinary action will be deemed to be removed from the record of an employee after three (3) years, providing the record of the employee has been clear of any similar offence during the three (3) years.
