Common use of Level 3 Clause in Contracts

Level 3. If the Employee is not satisfied with the response of the immediate supervisor, the Employee may submit the grievance to the Deputy Superintendent within ten (10) days. The Deputy Superintendent shall sign and date all copies when he/she receives them. The Deputy Superintendent shall respond in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of the grievance.

Level 3. If the Employee is not satisfied with the response of the immediate supervisor, the Employee may submit the grievance to the Deputy Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services within ten (10) days. The Deputy Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services shall sign and date all copies when he/she receives them. The Deputy Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services shall respond in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of the grievance.

Level 3. If the Employee is not satisfied with the response of the immediate supervisor, the Employee may submit the grievance to the Deputy Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services within ten (10) days. The Deputy Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services shall sign and date all copies when he/she receives they receive them. The Deputy Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services shall respond in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of the grievance.

Level 3. If the Employee is not satisfied with the response of the immediate supervisor, the Employee xxxxxxx may submit the grievance to the Deputy Superintendent Executive Director of Administrative Services within ten (10( 10 ) daysdays of the date of the Level 2 reply. The Deputy Superintendent Executive Director of Administrative Services shall sign and date all copies when he/he/ she receives them. The Deputy Superintendent Executive Director of Administrative Services shall respond in writing to the xxxxxxx within ten (10( 10 ) days of receipt of the date he/she received the Level 3 grievance.
