Level of Benefits. During the term of this Agreement, the Pension plan(s), Group Life Insurance Program, Group Dental Plan, and Group Medical Plan will remain in full force and effect as amended. The Company agrees to negotiate with the Union any changes in such plans which would decrease the benefits therein.
