Level of Public Service. A. Concessionaire shall maintain and operate the Premises in a first-class manner and shall keep them in a safe, clean, orderly and inviting condition at all times, all as satisfactory to the Board. Concessionaire shall provide prompt, courteous and efficient service adequate to meet the reasonable demand therefore and shall take all necessary steps to ensure polite conduct on the part of its employees and representatives.
