Level Two-Formal Procedure. 1. In the event the Grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One or if no timely disposition has been rendered, the grievance may be formally filed with the same administrator. Such filing in writing or Appendix I shall be not later than thirty (30) days after the Grievant knew of the event or condition upon which it is based, or with reasonable diligence should have known of such event or condition.
