License Control. Licensee acknowledges that the Software may contain code or require devices that: (a) detect or prevent unauthorised use of the Software; or (b) disables any or all functionality of the Software.

License Control. User acknowledges and agrees that (i) the Software including the software that is delivered as part of the Services may contain code or require devices that detect or prevent unauthorized use of the Software and/or that will disable the Software if it so detects unauthorized use.. User shall not avoid, circumvent, or disable any security device, procedure, protocol, or mechanism that Park Assist may include, require or establish with respect to the Software or the Services.

Blocking the above mentioned control mechanisms may result in Wizlink Software being inoperable. 7.2. The Licensee agrees that the Licensor may audit the Licensee's use of the Wizlink Software for compliance with this XXXX at any time, upon a reasonable notice. In the event that such audit reveals any use of the Wizlink Software by the Licensee other than in full compliance with the terms of this XXXX, the Licensee shall reimburse the Licensor for all reasonable expenses related to such audit and to satisfy any other claims that the Licensor may have against the Licensee as a result of such non-compliance.

There is an email address: xxxxx@xxxxxxx.xx, to which any questions related to the trial version of Wizlink software, may be sent. 7.5. The Licensor does not provide any maintenance and support services under this agreement.
License Control. Notwithstanding Section 18 Transfer, Licensee shall not run concurrently more instances of Software than the number specified in License Configuration. The conditions stated in this EUSLMA are applicable to each License and to each Licensee and are based on the following parameters: ➢ Number of concurrent Operation Clients; ➢ Number of Connected Machines; ➢ Number of Report Templates; ➢ Optional Modules.
