License Control. Licensee acknowledges that the Software may contain code or require devices that: (a) detect or prevent unauthorised use of the Software; or (b) disables any or all functionality of the Software.

User acknowledges and agrees that (i) the Software including the software that is delivered as part of the Services may contain code or require devices that detect or prevent unauthorized use of the Software and/or that will disable the Software if it so detects unauthorized use.. User shall not avoid, circumvent, or disable any security device, procedure, protocol, or mechanism that Park Assist may include, require or establish with respect to the Software or the Services.

7.2. The Licensee agrees that the Licensor may audit the Licensee's use of the Wizlink Software for compliance with this XXXX at any time, upon a reasonable notice. In the event that such audit reveals any use of the Wizlink Software by the Licensee other than in full compliance with the terms of this XXXX, the Licensee shall reimburse the Licensor for all reasonable expenses related to such audit and to satisfy any other claims that the Licensor may have against the Licensee as a result of such non-compliance.

7.3. During the Validity Period of the license the Licensor might make available to download an updated version of Wizlink software.
7.4. Documentation for Wizlink software can be found at xxxx.xxxxxxx.xx web page. There is an email address: xxxxx@xxxxxxx.xx, to which any questions related to the trial version of Wizlink software, may be sent.
7.5. The Licensor does not provide any maintenance and support services under this agreement.
License Control. Notwithstanding Section 18 Transfer, Licensee shall not run concurrently more instances of Software than the number specified in License Configuration. The conditions stated in this EUSLMA are applicable to each License and to each Licensee and are based on the following parameters: ➢ Number of concurrent Operation Clients; ➢ Number of Connected Machines; ➢ Number of Report Templates; ➢ Optional Modules.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that (i) the Perpetual Software and software that is delivered as part of the Subscription Software may contain code or require devices that detect or prevent unauthorized use of the Perpetual Software and/or that will disable the Perpetual Software if it so detects unauthorized use, and (ii) Customer will provide Park Assist reasonable access to the automated audit logs maintained by the Perpetual Software. Customer shall not avoid, circumvent, or disable any security device, procedure, protocol, or mechanism that Park Assist may include, require or establish with respect to the Perpetual Software or the Subscription Software.
License Control. Licensee shall, at all times, retain ultimate --------------- supervisory control over the operations of the Systems. In particular, and without limitation, Licensee shall have the right to control the physical facilities of the Systems.
License Control. Customer and/or End-User acknowledges that the Service may contain code or require devices that detect or prevent unauthorized use of, or disable, the Services, and Customer and/or End-User agree not to circumvent or disable such code or devises.
License Control. You understand and agree that (a) the Services may contain code and/or require license keys or devices that detect or prevent unauthorized use of, or disable, the Services and (b) You have no right or license to access or possess source code related to the Services.
