License Plates. A Firefighter must be a member of a city, rural or fire protection district that is in good standing with the North Dakota Firefighter’s Association and the fire department must hold a current Certificate of Existence approved by the North Dakota Fire Marshal’s Office to be eligible for these distinctive license plates. A Life Member in good standing that is retiring as a firefighter is eligible to retain a firefighter license plate. SFN 52908 Application for the North Dakota Firefighter Plate must be completed and signed by the applicant, fire chief, and the Training Director of the North Dakota Firefighter’s Association. The fees due will be an annual $15.00 fee or if requesting personalized plates with a maximum of 5 (five) characters (to include spaces) the fees due will be an annual $15.00 plus the annual $25.00 personalized plate fee. Plates may not be displayed on a vehicle with a registered gross weight exceeding 20,000 pounds. Upon termination of eligibility, the owner shall return the plates to the North Dakota Motor Vehicle Division, along with a $5.00 replacement plate fee. Fees are set by the State and may be changed at any time. NDFA does not receive any of the fees collected for the Firefighter Plates. Any department wishing to have a member’s firefighter license plate revoked must contact the North Dakota Motor Vehicle Division directly.

License Plates. All units must be delivered with valid License Plates for use on public roads if necessary as deemed by the State of New York or New Jersey. If License Plates are required for use on public roads, then the vehicle shall be fully registered in New York or New Jersey and have New York or New Jersey License Plates. The Port Authority will not accept units with any other states License Plates or with “In Transit” License Plates.
License Plates. CONTRACTOR will obtain and display on the Equipment the base plates necessary to operate the Equipment lawfully on CARRIER’s behalf. If CONTRACTOR chooses to have CARRIER obtain the base plates and deduct the expense from CONTRACTOR’s gross compensation, by indicating such in Appendix D, CARRIER shall obtain a base plate under the International Registration Plan (“IRP”) in CARRIER’s name for use by CONTRACTOR deduct or otherwise recover the amount set forth in Appendix D. If this Agreement is terminated prior to CONTRACTOR’s reimbursement of CARRIER’s expense in full, CONTRACTOR authorizes CARRIER to deduct any remaining amount from CONTRACTOR’s final settlement and/or Escrow Fund. If CONTRACTOR removes and returns the plate(s) to CARRIER upon the termination of this Agreement and if CARRIER then receives a refund or credit for the plate(s) or resells the plate(s) to another contractor, CARRIER shall refund to CONTRACTOR a pro-rata share of the amount received by CARRIER, less any transfer or replacement fees owed to the plating jurisdictions. CONTRACTOR shall not be entitled to reimbursement for any unused portion of a plate under any other circumstances. If CONTRACTOR asks CARRIER to make any changes to a base plate (for example, to increase or decrease the vehicle-weight bracket), CARRIER will use its best efforts to make the change and deduct or otherwise recover the related amount.
License Plates. Fleet Management will either destroy license plates in poor condition, or, if in good condition, save the license plate for reissue to new vehicles.

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.

  • Information Technology The following applies to all contracts for information technology commodities and contractual services. “Information technology” is defined in section 287.012(15), F.S., to have the same meaning as provided in section 282.0041, F.S.

  • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.
