Licensee Personnel. Licensee shall train and maintain a sufficient number of capable technical personnel at its expense in the Territory; (1) to serve the needs of Users; and (2) otherwise to carry out the responsibilities of Licensee pursuant to this Agreement. Rev. 12/7/2006 CONFIDENTIAL
Licensee Personnel. Licensee shall employ, at minimum, its own general manager, who shall be responsible for overseeing the operation and programming of the respective Stations, and its own chief operator, who shall be responsible for the Stations' compliance with all engineering requirements. Such general manager shall report solely to and be accountable solely to Licensee. Licensee shall be responsible for the salaries, taxes, insurance, and related costs of all personnel employed by Licensee, and such costs shall be expressly included in the Operating Expenses for which Seller shall be responsible, pursuant to Section 2.1(a) hereof.
Licensee Personnel. In addition to the Management Team, Licensee shall make good faith diligent efforts to hire or assign personnel for the key positions set forth in the Implementation Plan to perform Licensee’s obligations under this Agreement (“Key Positions”). Licensee shall promptly notify RGI should any of the persons in the Key Positions be terminated for any reason and Licensee shall promptly replace such person, with a person of equivalent or higher qualifications and experience.

For in-game support, Licensee shall ensure that there are sufficient game masters for providing customers service of the highest quality available in the Territory to the Users at all times, or as otherwise reasonably determined by HBS.

RGI shall have the right to review each candidate’s academic, professional, and/or technical qualifications and experience and may at its option interview the candidates for such technical personnel. Licensee shall promptly notify RGI should any of the technical personnel be terminated for any reason and Licensee shall promptly replace such person, subject to RGI’s Approval.

Licensee Personnel. At each job location, Licensee must furnish an English-speaking supervisor who is capable of communicating (including translating as necessary) instructions from the flagmen or other Railroad representative to the contractor's personnel on the job. Such supervisor must remain on the scene at all times while work is being performed or any contractor employees are on or about the railroad right-of-way.
