Licensing Body Dues Deduction. The Employer shall deduct the annual professional registration dues paid by employees from the salary of the employee. It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure that all registration information is currently submitted to their association within the submission deadline. This provision shall apply to Local 4600 only.

Licensing Body Dues Deduction. The Employer shall deduct the annual professional registration dues paid by employees from the salary of the employee. It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure that all registration information is currently submitted to their association within the submission deadline. This provision shall apply to Local 4600 only. Notice of any disciplinary action, other than terminations or suspensions without pay, shall be removed the employee’s file after the expiration of two (2) years from the date it was issued, provided there has not been any further infractions of a similar nature.
