Meal Allowance on Overtime. When an employee is required to work a minimum of two and one-half hours overtime immediately before or after completion of the employee's scheduled daily hours, the employee will be provided with a meal. In the event that the Society does not provide a meal, the employee will be reimbursed in the amount as set out in Article 32.6, and a meal break of 20 minutes with pay will be given.
Meal Allowance on Overtime. (a) Nurses will be provided with a meal or a meal allowance in accordance with the Employer’s policy. During the second shift of a double shift, the Employer shall be responsible to supply the Nurse(s) with a meal. If a meal is not available, the Nurse will be permitted to order a meal not to exceed Ten Dollars ($10.00). The Nurse shall be reimbursed, upon presentation of a receipt for a meal.
Meal Allowance on Overtime. An employee who is required to work a minimum of two (2) overtime hours immediately following completion of his regularly scheduled day’s work, and where it is not practical to enjoy his usual meal time before commencing such work, shall be granted reasonable time with pay, as determined by the Employer, in order that he may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his place of work. Under such conditions, he shall be reimbursed his expenses for one meal in the amount of fourteen dollars ($14.00) at the completion of two (2) hours of overtime and then fourteen dollars ($14.00) for every four (4) hour period of overtime thereafter except where free meals are provided.
Meal Allowance on Overtime. An Employee required to continue working for one and a half hours on overtime after their rostered shift on any one day shall be paid a meal allowance of $19.61. Provided that this will not apply to an Employee employed as a sales representative.

Meal Allowance on Overtime. 22.4.1 A meal allowance of $9.93 shall be paid to any Officer who is required to work overtime for more than two hours (in addition to the interval taken for a meal break) before or after the normal time of commencing or ceasing duty. After the completion of each four continuous hours of such overtime, calculated from the end of the previous meal break, a subsequent meal allowance of $6.47 shall be paid provided that the Officer is required to work beyond each respective fourth hour.
Meal Allowance on Overtime. 41.1 A meal allowance is payable to an employee when he/she is required to work more than 1.5 hours overtime after their rostered shift without being notified on the previous shift or earlier that the employee will be so required to work; or an employee who has been so notified of such overtime and then is not required to work such overtime.
Meal Allowance on Overtime an employee required to continue working for more than four (4) hours after the cessation of ordinary duty shall be provided with a reasonable meal by the Company or be paid an allowance as prescribed under Item 1 of Table 2 of Part B - Rates of Pay, - of this Enterprise Agreement.
