Meal Allowance on Overtime. (a) Nurses will be provided with a meal or a meal allowance in accordance with the Employer’s policy
(b) Where it is known to the Employer that an overtime assignment is to be in excess of four (4) hours, the Nurse who is required to work the overtime beyond her or his scheduled hours of work shall be granted a fifteen (15) minute paid break prior to the commencement of the overtime.
Meal Allowance on Overtime. When an employee is required to work a minimum of two and one-half hours overtime immediately before or after completion of the employee's scheduled daily hours, the employee will be provided with a meal. In the event that the Society does not provide a meal, the employee will be reimbursed in the amount as set out in Article 32.6, and a meal break of 20 minutes with pay will be given.

During the second shift of a double shift, the Employer shall be responsible to supply the Nurse(s) with a meal. If a meal is not available, the Nurse will be permitted to order a meal not to exceed Ten Dollars ($10.00). The Nurse shall be reimbursed, upon presentation of a receipt for a meal.

Meal Allowance on Overtime. Any Employee required to continue working for more than two (2) hours on overtime after their rostered shift on any one day shall be paid a meal allowance of $18.59.
Meal Allowance on Overtime. An employee who is required to work a minimum of two (2) overtime hours immediately following completion of his regularly scheduled day’s work, and where it is not practical to enjoy his usual meal time before commencing such work, shall be granted reasonable time with pay, as determined by the Employer, in order that he may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his place of work. Under such conditions, he shall be reimbursed his expenses for one meal in the amount of twelve dollars ($12.00) at the completion of two (2) hours of overtime and then twelve dollars ($12.00) for every four (4) hour period of overtime thereafter except where free meals are provided.
Meal Allowance on Overtime. Employees will be provided with a meal allowance of eight dollars ($8.00) after having worked overtime in excess of four (4) continuous hours beyond a regularly scheduled shift, provided the regular shift is a minimum of 8 hours.
Meal Allowance on Overtime an employee required to continue working for more than four (4) hours after the cessation of ordinary duty shall be provided with a reasonable meal by the Company or be paid an allowance as prescribed under Item 1 of Table 2 of Part B - Rates of Pay, - of this Enterprise Agreement.
Meal Allowance on Overtime. 16.2.2.1 Where an employee is required to perform overtime duty outside standard working hours they shall be entitled to be paid a meal allowance of $13.90 per meal where they:

(a) Any Part Time Nurses who wish to work shifts beyond their regular scheduled hours of work are required to notify the Employer in writing.
(b) A Part Time Nurse who has provided notification in accordance with Article 7.12(a) shall indicate their specific available dates and available shifts to the Employer in writing one week in advance of posting.
(c) These shifts shall be assigned to Part Time Nurses who have indicated their availability by the deadline as equitably as possible on the basis of availability.
(d) When shifts become available after a schedule has been posted the shifts shall be offered by seniority to Part Time Nurses who have not yet reached their indicated availability.
(e) Once a shift has been assigned as set out in Article 7.12 it shall only be cancelled by mutual agreement.
