Life of Policy. Cancellation, and Termination (a) This is a continuous policy and will re- main in effect for each crop year following the acceptance of the original application until canceled by you in accordance with the terms of the policy or terminated by oper- ation of the terms of the policy or by us. (b) Your application for insurance must contain all the information required by us to insure the crop. Applications that do not contain all social security numbers and em- ployer identification numbers, as applicable, (except as stated herein) coverage level, price election, crop, type, variety, or class, plan of insurance, and any other material in- formation required to insure the crop, are not acceptable. If a person with a substantial beneficial interest in the insured crop re- fuses to provide a social security number or employer identification number and that person is: (1) Not on the non-standard classification system list, the amount of coverage avail- able under the policy will be reduced propor- tionately by that person’s share of the crop; or (2) On the non-standard classification sys- tem list, the insurance will not be available to that person and any entity in which the person has a substantial beneficial interest. (c) After acceptance of the application, you may not cancel this policy for the initial crop year. Thereafter, the policy will con- tinue in force for each succeeding crop year unless canceled or terminated as provided below. (d) Either you or we may cancel this policy after the initial crop year by providing writ- ten notice to the other on or before the can- cellation date shown in the Crop Provisions. (e) If any amount due, including adminis- trative fees or premium, is not paid or an ac- ceptable arrangement for payment is not made on or before the termination date for the crop on which the amount is due, you will be determined to be ineligible to partici- xxxx in any crop insurance program author- ized under the Act in accordance with 7 CFR part 400, subpart U. (1) For a policy with unpaid administrative fees or premium, the policy will terminate effective on the termination date imme- diately subsequent to the billing date for the crop year; (2) For a policy with other amounts due, the policy will terminate effective on the termination date immediately after the ac- count becomes delinquent; (3) Ineligibility will be effective as of the date that the policy was terminated for the crop for which you failed to pay an amount owed and for all...

  • Form of Policies The minimum limits of policies of insurance required of Tenant under this Lease shall in no event limit the liability of Tenant under this Lease. Such insurance shall (i) be issued by an insurance company having an AM Best rating of not less than A‑X (or to the extent AM Best ratings are no longer available, then a similar rating from another comparable rating agency), or which is otherwise acceptable to Landlord and licensed to do business in the State of California, (ii) be in form and content reasonably acceptable to Landlord and complying with the requirements of Section 10.3 (including, Sections 10.3.1 through 10.3.5), (iii) Tenant shall not do or permit to be done anything which invalidates the required insurance policies, and (iv) provide that said insurance shall not be canceled or coverage changed unless thirty (30) days' prior written notice shall have been given to Landlord and any mortgagee of Landlord, the identity of whom has been provided to Tenant in writing. Tenant shall deliver said policy or policies or certificates thereof and applicable endorsements which meet the requirements of this Article 10 to Landlord on or before (I) the earlier to occur of: (x) the Lease Commencement Date, and (y) the date Tenant and/or its employees, contractors and/or agents first enter the Premises for occupancy, construction of improvements, alterations, or any other move-in activities, and (II) five (5) business days after the renewal of such policies. In the event Tenant shall fail to procure such insurance, or to deliver such policies or certificates and applicable endorsements, Landlord may, at its option, after written notice to Tenant and Tenant's failure to obtain such insurance within five (5) days thereafter, procure such policies for the account of Tenant and the sole benefit of Landlord, and the cost thereof shall be paid to Landlord after delivery to Tenant of bills therefor.

  • Dissemination of Policy All members of the contractor's staff who are authorized to hire, supervise, promote, and discharge employees, or who recommend such action, or who are substantially involved in such action, will be made fully cognizant of, and will implement, the contractor's EEO policy and contractual responsibilities to provide EEO in each grade and classification of employment. To ensure that the above agreement will be met, the following actions will be taken as a minimum: a.   • Summary of Policy and Prohibitions on Procurement Lobbying Pursuant to State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k, this Contract includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between OGS and a Vendor during the procurement process. A Vendor is restricted from making contacts from the earliest notice of intent to solicit offers/bids through final award and approval of the Procurement Contract by OGS and, if applicable, the Office of the State Comptroller (“restricted period”) to other than designated staff unless it is a contact that is included among certain statutory exceptions set forth in State Finance Law §139-j(3)(a). Designated staff, as of the date hereof, is identified in Appendix G, Contractor and OGS Information, or as otherwise indicated by OGS. OGS employees are also required to obtain certain information when contacted during the restricted period and make a determination of the responsibility of the Vendor pursuant to these two statutes.
