Lifesaving Equipment. Lessor and Lessee agree that all required lifesaving and safety equipment reaboard the boat and in good order and condition at the time of delivery to the Lessee.

Lifesaving Equipment a. The USCG may accept alternative lifesaving appliances or arrangements if MSC can demonstrate that such alternatives are as closely as possible equivalent to the level of safety that would be achieved with the appliances and arrangements required by applicable regulations. When any lifesaving appliance or arrangement on a USCG-certificated MSC vessel is replaced or the vessel undergoes repairs or alterations involving the replacement of, or any addition to, existing lifesaving appliances or arrangements, each new lifesaving appliance or arrangement must meet current regulations. MSC requests for USCG consideration of lifesaving alternatives shall follow the application procedures outlined in paragraph 2 of this Annex. A copy of acceptance letters should be maintained on board each USCG-certificated MSC vessel with equivalent equipment. The USCG shall update the MISLE System to reflect any USCG- accepted alternative lifesaving appliances or arrangements.
Lifesaving Equipment. The vessel shall operate all lifesaving support systems in accordance with manufacturer's instructions at the time intervals and frequencies as required. Lifesaving support systems include, but are not limited to, life rafts, davits, winches, and craft engines.

  • Metering Equipment 13.01. Utility will furnish, install, own and maintain metering equipment capable of measuring the flow of kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy. The Customer's service associated with the CRG will be metered at a single metering point.   • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. This paragraph shall apply to all new types of equipment including office and clerical equipment. In the event agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may be submit- xxx to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition.   • MEASURING EQUIPMENT 1. Seller will maintain and operate, at its own, expense and at the point of delivery of gas hereunder, a meter or meters and other necessary equipment by which the volume of gas delivered hereunder shall be measured. Such meters and equipment shall remain the property of the Seller.

  • Protective Clothing & Equipment While not being part of any issue of protective clothing/equipment, the company shall be required to provide the following protective equipment (SAA approved) for use, when necessary, by employees during the performance of their required duties:

  • Collocation of Switching Equipment CLEC may collocate any equipment that is necessary for Interconnection or access to Unbundled Network Elements.

  • School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.

  • STANDARD EQUIPMENT All items of standard equipment which are provided by the OEM shall be furnished unless such items are expressly deleted by the Authorized User or are specified to be other than standard in the Mini-Bid. When Optional equipment is specified, all components listed in the OEM’s data book as being included with the Option shall be furnished.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.
