Light Maintenance. The City shall provide lights during home Santa Fe Fuego baseball games.
Light Maintenance. All Building Standard fluorescent bulb replacement in the Premises and fluorescent and incandescent bulb replacement in the Common Areas of the Building.

The City acknowledges that the owner of the Texas Rangers Baseball Team has agreed with BRE (in the 2012 parking lease between such parties) to be responsible for maintenance and lamp replacement on the high mast light poles within the parking areas in the vicinity of the Ballpark. BRE hereby consents to the City’s making arrangements directly with the team owner to participate on a pro-rata basis with the team owner in the costs of the high mast light pole maintenance and re-xxxxxxx while the contractor, equipment, and personnel is on site to perform the maintenance and re-xxxxxxx for the two high mast light poles that are now on Parking Lot I.
