3.3 E911/911 is not a separate service available for resale. E911/911 Service is provided with each local Telephone Exchange Service line resold by Customer whenever E911/911 Service would be provided on the same line if provided by CenturyLink to a CenturyLink End User.
3.3.1 CenturyLink will use its standard Service Order process to update and maintain the C End User service information in the Automatic Location Identification/Database Management System (ALI/DBMS) used to support 911 Services on the same schedule that it uses for its own retail End Users. CenturyLink will provide Customer End User information to the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP). Customer will update its information provided by Customer, and CenturyLink will not be responsible for any failure of Customer to provide accurate End User information for listings in any databases in which CenturyLink is required to retain and/or maintain such information.
3.3.2 Customer is responsible for collecting from its End Users and remitting all applicable 911 fees and surcharges, on a per line basis, to the appropriate PSAP or other governmental authority responsible for collection of such fees and surcharges subject to Applicable Law.
