Limitations on Roaming Service. Rogers may, at its discretion, provide certain roaming services to Subscribers. Rogers may in its sole discretion suspend roaming privileges to any Subscriber at any time.

Limitations on Roaming Service. The Provider may, at its discretion, and to the extent permitted under the roaming agreements with third party network operators (the “Roaming Agreements”), provide certain roaming services to End Users. Any such roaming shall be subject to the restrictions that may exist in the Roaming Agreements. The Provider may in its sole discretion suspend roaming privileges to any End User if it discovers or suspects that the roaming services are being used ina fraudulent manner. Roaming End Users may only roam incidentally to their use of the Wireless Services within their respective country and cannot roam on the networks of third party network operators on a permanent basis. The Provider shall be entitled from time to time and at any time, at its sole discretion, to add, modify or remove territories where roaming shall be available to End Users.

You acknwoledge that not all features and/or functionalities are available in each territory where roaming is available and roaming in certain territories is only available for use with Equipment using certain Technologies.
Limitations on Roaming Service. Rogers will use reasonable commercial efforts to provide the same roaming service to End Users that is available to Rogers' other customers. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, Rogers, or another entity with which Rogers has a roaming agreement, may in its sole discretion suspend roaming privileges to any end User if it discovers or suspects that the Numbers assigned to such End-User are being used in a fraudulent manner. Rogers agrees to use reasonable commercial efforts to provide Reseller with prior or prompt subsequent, notification of any such suspension of roaming service; provided, however, that Rogers shall have no liability arising out of any failure to notify Reseller.
Limitations on Roaming Service. VONIFY WILL PROVIDE THE SAME ACCESS TO ROAMING CAPABILITIES (INCLUDING "IN-AREA" ROAMING WHERE AVAILABLE) THAT IS MADE AVAILABLE BY VONIFY TO OTHER SIMILARLY SITUATED SUBSCRIBERS PROVIDED THAT DEVICES WITH SIMILAR TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES AND PROGRAMMING IS USED BY END USERS. THE AVAILABILITY OF ROAMING SERVICES, AND THE CHARGES FOR THOSE SERVICES, IS DEPENDENT IN PART ON THE TYPE OF DEVICE USED BY END USERS AND THE PROGRAMMING OF THAT DEVICE. VONIFY MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS AS TO THE AVAILABILITY OR QUALITY OF ROAMING SERVICE PROVIDED BY OTHER WIRELESS CARRIERS, AND VONIFY SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY ERRORS, OUTAGES, OR FAILURES OF ROAMING SERVICES PROVIDED BY OTHER WIRELESS CARRIERS. IF VONIFY, OR ANOTHER ENTITY WITH WHOM VONIFY HAS A SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT, DISCOVERS OR SUSPECTS ABUSE OR FRAUD WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN NUMBERS, THEN ROAMING PRIVILEGES MAY BE SUSPENDED WITH RESPECT TO SUCH NUMBERS. VONIFY SHALL USE COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE EFFORTS TO PROVIDE MVNO/CUSTOMER WITH PRIOR, OR PROMPT SUBSEQUENT, NOTIFICATION OF THE SUSPENSION OF THE ROAMING SERVICE. VONIFY SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO MVNO/CUSTOMER REGARDING THE UNAVAILABILITY OR SUSPENSION OF ROAMING SERVICE BY OTHER CARRIERS. TO THE EXTENT ACCESS TO ROAMING CAPABILITIES IS PROVIDED BY VONIFY TO MVNO/CUSTOMER, IT SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE A "SERVICE" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 3 ABOVE, AND THE USE OF SUCH ROAMING BY MVNO/CUSTOMER OR MVNO/CUSTOMER END USERS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
Limitations on Roaming Service. Xxxxxx Services may, at its discretion, provide certain roaming services to Customer. Xxxxxx Services may in its sole discretion suspend roaming privileges to Customer at any time.
