Limited Warranty on Media. Apple warrants the media on which the Apple Software is recorded and delivered by Apple to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original retail purchase. Your exclusive remedy under this Section shall be, at Apple’s option, a refund of the purchase price of the product containing the Apple Software or replacement of the Apple Software which is returned to Apple or an Apple authorized representative with a copy of the receipt. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THE MEDIA INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO NINETY (90) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE. Any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to 7 days only from the date of delivery. Unistal Systems Pvt. Ltd. will, at its option, replace the media with additional media charges. Unistal Systems Pvt. Ltd. shall have no responsibility to replace the media damaged by accident, abuse or misapplication.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty last, so this limitation may not apply to you. CHC warrants the tape on which Health Choice is recorded to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase as evidenced by a copy of the receipt. CHC's entire liability and your exclusive remedy will be replacement of the disk not meeting CHC's limited warranty, if returned to CHC or an CHC authorized representative with a copy of the receipt. CHC will have no responsibility to replace a tape damaged by accident, abuse or misapplication. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THE TAPE, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO NINETY (90) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.
Limited Warranty on Media. IP SUPPLIER warrants software magnetic media to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for ninety (90) days after receipt by LICENSEE. During this 90 day period, LICENSEE may return a defective tape a diskette to IP SUPPLIER and it will be replaced without charge.

INNERSPACE warrants the tape on which Health Choice is recorded to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase as evidenced by a copy of the receipt. INNERSPACE's entire liability and your exclusive remedy will be replacement of the disk not meeting INNERSPACE's limited warranty, if returned to INNERSPACE or an INNERSPACE authorized representative with a copy of the receipt. INNERSPACE will have no responsibility to replace a tape damaged by accident, abuse or misapplication. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THE TAPE, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO NINETY (90) DAYS FROM THE DATE Of DELIVERY.
Limited Warranty on Media. If purchased from and delivered by MA Lighting, MA Lighting warrants the media on which the software is installed subject to the general warranty terms of MA Lighting. MA Lighting shall have the right to make good on the failure according to its warranty terms. MA Lighting does not warrant the software itself to be free from defects. Any software other than obtained from MA Lighting must not be installed on MA Lighting licensed hardware. Violating this term, will void any warranty.

Princeton Satellite Systems warrants the media on which the Software is recorded to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase as evidenced by a copy of the receipt. Princeton Satellite Systems entire liability and Licensee s exclusive remedy will be replacement of the disk. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
Limited Warranty on Media. ISEE warrants the compact disc (CD) on which the SDK is recorded to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of your receipt. ISEE' entire liability and your exclusive remedy as to the CD shall be replacement of the defective CD that is first returned to us. Any replacement CD will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.
