Line Assigned Employees. Sick leave shall be authorized only for regular employees. Every full-time, shift assigned employee shall accrue five and fifteen hundredths (5.15) hours of sick leave with pay for each bi-weekly pay period of full-time service. A shift assigned employee shall not earn sick leave credit during a bi- weekly pay period in which said employee is absent without pay for more than one (1) shift.
