Market Based Adjustments. In addition to the pay adjustments provided above, the parties shall maintain a separate process for the annual determination of market based wage adjustments for designated classifications.
Market Based Adjustments. A. Effective April 5, 2020, the base hourly rate range of each classification listed in subsection “D,” below, and the base hourly rate of pay of each individual employed in any such classification will be increased by one half percent (0.50%).
Market Based Adjustments. Effective February 9, 2020, the base pay/salary range of each classification noted in Exhibit 1 of this MOA and the base pay/salary of each individual employed in such noted classifications, will be increased by the percentage set forth in Exhibit 1. Effective January 24, 2021, the base pay/salary range of each classification noted in Exhibit 1 of this MOA and the base pay/salary of each individual employed in such noted classifications, will be increased by the percentage set forth in Exhibit 1.
Market Based Adjustments. The County shall conduct a single total compensation market-based average study (in accordance with the methodology set forth in Exhibit 3) no later than October 25, 2014. The results of that survey shall be used to determine a market-based hourly rate adjustment as follows:
Market Based Adjustments. 1. Effective August 22, 2021, the base salary/hourly rate range of each classification covered by this Agreement and the base salary/hourly rate of pay of each individual employed in such classifications will be increased by one percent (1%).
Market Based Adjustments. A. Effective August 22, 2021, the base hourly rate range of each classification noted in Exhibit 1 of this Agreement and the base pay of each individual employed in such classifications will be increased by the percentage set forth in Exhibit 1.

Effective August 22, 2021, the base hourly rate range of each classification noted in Appendix “4,” of this agreement, and the base hourly rate of pay of each individual employed in any such classification will be increased by the indicated percentage. Effective August 21, 2022, the base hourly rate range of each classification noted in Appendix “4,” of this agreement, and the base hourly rate of pay of each individual employed in any such classification will be increased by the indicated percentage.
Market Based Adjustments. Market adjustments shall be made to the maximum of the range for the following positions:
Market Based Adjustments. The County shall conduct a s xxxxx total compensation market-based average study (based on the survey structure that was provided to SEIU on 7/22/13) by April 30, 2014. The results of that survey shall be used to determine market-based salary adjustments as follows:
Market Based Adjustments. The City will conduct a total compensation study based on the following twelve (12) Cities: Alameda Anaheim Burbank Daly City Hayward Long Beach Mountain View Redwood City Roseville San Xxxx Santa Xxxxx Sunnyvale The City’s total compensation study will include a geographic adjustment for cities which are outside of the immediate region. Those cities receiving a geographic adjustment are: Anaheim, Burbank, Long Beach, and Roseville. For the purposes of recruiting and retaining employees within the Utility market place, the parties will add to the survey universe data from Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) Bay Area region where data can be found. For the term of this agreement, where PG&E data cannot be verified or acquired the parties agree to include an above-median comparator for the purposes of determining benchmarks. The City’s survey is intended to provide a single source of information regarding compensation paid to bargaining unit employees and its comparison to compensation paid by other entities. The survey data does not obligate the City or the Association to propose or agree to any market based adjustments.
