Points of Interconnection and Trunk Types 2.1 Point(s) of Interconnection.
2.1.1 Each Party, at its own expense, shall provide transport facilities to the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA selected by PNG.
Telework Members are eligible for teleworking during the professional work days designated for grading and reporting at the end of the first, second and third grading periods, and on the day of the Maryland State Education Association Convention if that day is a duty day for teachers.
a. The principal will determine which positions, if any may need to be on site for all or part of the day to support other professionals in the building or to fulfill their professional responsibilities.
b. With the approval of the Principal, school-based educators who have demonstrated the ability to meet their professional responsibilities, including grade submission according to Board policy may telework on the professional work day at the end of each of the first three marking periods.
c. First year teachers will be required to work on site for the first two marking periods on these days.
d. Upon request a written rationale will be provided by the supervisor to any educator whose request to telework is denied.
e. Items a-d above do not apply to the MSEA Convention Day.
Notifications of Outages and Maintenance In the event that a Registry Operator plans maintenance, it will provide notice to the ICANN emergency operations department, at least, twenty-‐four (24) hours ahead of that maintenance. ICANN’s emergency operations department will note planned maintenance times, and suspend Emergency Escalation services for the monitored services during the expected maintenance outage period. If Registry Operator declares an outage, as per its contractual obligations with ICANN, on services under a service level agreement and performance requirements, it will notify the ICANN emergency operations department. During that declared outage, ICANN’s emergency operations department will note and suspend emergency escalation services for the monitored services involved.
Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at the sole expense of the Developer.
WAGES AND HOURS Wage rates established at the beginning of the Work will not be changed without the approval of the Owner. The Work will be performed on a 40-hour week basis insofar as possible and no overtime will be worked without prior approval of the Owner. This Section shall not be applicable in the event that this Agreement provides for a lump-sum or unit price agreement for the Work.
Trunk Types 2.2.1 In interconnecting their networks pursuant to this Attachment, the Parties will use, as appropriate, the following separate and distinct trunk groups:
2.2.1.1 Interconnection Trunks for the transmission and routing of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic, translated LEC IntraLATA toll free service access code (e.g., 800/888/877) traffic, and IntraLATA Toll Traffic, between their respective Telephone Exchange Service Customers, Tandem Transit Traffic, and, Measured Internet Traffic, all in accordance with Sections 5 through 8 of this Attachment;
2.2.1.2 Access Toll Connecting Trunks for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access traffic, including translated InterLATA toll free service access code (e.g., 800/888/877) traffic, between Ymax Telephone Exchange Service Customers and purchasers of Switched Exchange Access Service via a Verizon access Tandem in accordance with Sections 9 through 11 of this Attachment; and
2.2.1.3 Miscellaneous Trunk Groups as mutually agreed to by the Parties, including, but not limited to: (a) choke trunks for traffic congestion and testing; and, (b) untranslated IntraLATA/InterLATA toll free service access code (e.g. 800/888/877) traffic.
2.2.2 Other types of trunk groups may be used by the Parties as provided in other Attachments to this Agreement (e.g., 911/E911 Trunks) or in other separate agreements between the Parties (e.g., directory assistance trunks, operator services trunks, BLV/BLVI trunks or trunks for 500/555 traffic).
2.2.3 In accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Parties will deploy One-Way Interconnection Trunks (trunks with traffic going in one direction, including one-way trunks and uni-directional two-way trunks) and/or Two-Way Interconnection Trunks (trunks with traffic going in both directions).
2.2.4 Ymax shall establish, at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA, separate Interconnection Trunk group(s) between such POI(s) and each Verizon Tandem in a LATA with a subtending End Office(s) to which Ymax originates calls for Verizon to terminate.
2.2.5 In the event the volume of traffic between a Verizon End Office and a technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA, which is carried by a Final Tandem Interconnection Trunk group, exceeds (a) the Centium Call Seconds (Hundred Call Seconds) busy hour equivalent of one (1) DS1 at any time; (b) 200,000 minutes of use for a single month; and/or; (c) 600 busy hour Centium Call Seconds (BHCCS) of use for a single month: (i) if One-Way Interconnection Trunks are used, the originating Party shall promptly establish new or augment existing End Office One-Way Interconnection Trunk groups between the Verizon End Office and the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network; or,
Dispatch and Scheduling 6.1.1 The SPD shall be entirely responsible to schedule its power as per the applicable regulations / requirements / guidelines of CERC / SERC /SLDC / RLDC or any other competent agency and same being recognized by the RLDC/SLDC or any other competent authority / agency as per applicable regulation/ law / direction and maintain compliance to the applicable Codes/ Grid Code requirements and directions, if any, as specified by concerned SLDC/RLDC from time to time. Any deviation from the schedule will attract the provisions of applicable regulation / guidelines / directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be on the account of the SPD.
6.1.2 The SPD shall be responsible for directly coordinating and dealing with the Buying Entity, State Load Dispatch Centres, Regional Power Committees, and other authorities in all respects in regard to declaration of availability, scheduling and dispatch of power and due compliance with deviation and settlement mechanism and the applicable Grid code Regulations, acknowledging that the SPD and Buying Entity are the Grid connected entities and SECI as an Intermediary Procurer/ trading licensee is not a Grid connected entity in respect of the power contracted under this Agreement.
6.1.3 The SPD shall be responsible for any deviation from scheduling and for any resultant liabilities on account of charges for deviation as per applicable regulations. UI charges on this account shall be directly paid by the SPD.
6.1.4 Auxiliary power consumption will be treated as per the concerned Central/State regulations.
6.1.5 Further, in case of any difference in scheduled energy at the interfaces of all the RLDCs concerned for the corridor of the power flow, including the RLDC of the Buying Entity, SECI will make payments corresponding to the lowest of the individual energy values to the SPD, until rectification of the above error.
HOURS OF WORK AND SCHEDULING 15.01 The normal hours of work for an employee are not a guarantee of work per day or per week, or a guarantee of days of work per week. The normal hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours per day, and seventy-five (75) hours in any bi-weekly period.
15.02 The normal daily shift shall consist of seven and one-half (7 ½) consecutive hours, exclusive of a one-half (1/2) hour unpaid meal period. For employees working the night shift, this one-half (1/2) hour will be paid. Employees shall be entitled to a fifteen (15) minute paid break during each half of the normal daily shift, at a time designated by the Employer. An employee may combine her rest periods in order to have one (1) thirty (30) minute break, providing she has prior approval from the Director of Nursing. When a meal period is interrupted requiring an employee to attend to a work related problem, then the balance of the unused meal period will be taken within two (2) hours of the interruption. If the employee is unable to reschedule such time, she shall be paid time and one-half (1½) her regular straight time hourly rate for all time worked in excess of her normal daily hours, in accordance with Article 16.01.
15.03 Employees required for reporting purposes shall remain at work for a period of up to fifteen (15) minutes which shall be unpaid. Should the reporting time extend beyond fifteen (15) minutes however, the entire period shall be considered overtime for the purposes of payment.
15.04 Requests for change in posted work schedules must be submitted in writing and co-signed by the employee willing to exchange days off or shifts and are subject to the discretion of the Administrator or her designate. In any event, it is understood that such a change initiated by the employee and approved by the Employer shall not result in overtime compensation or payment or any other claims on the Employer by any employee under the terms of this Agreement.
15.05 Where there is a change to Daylight Savings from Standard Time or vice-versa, an employee who is scheduled and works a full shift shall be paid for the actual hours worked at her regular straight time hourly rate.
15.06 There shall be no split shifts.
(a) There shall be a minimum of sixteen (16) hours off between changes of shift unless mutually agreed otherwise.
(b) An employee shall not be required to work more than seven (7) consecutive days without days off, unless mutually agreed to by the employee and the Employer.
(a) Any employee who is working a permanent shift as of December 31, 1996 shall not be transferred to another shift without their consent.
(b) Where possible, the employee will not be scheduled to work more than two
NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner Obligations Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall cause the New York State Transmission System and the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities to be operated, maintained and controlled in a safe and reliable manner in accordance with this Agreement and the NYISO Tariffs. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO may provide operating instructions to Developer consistent with this Agreement, NYISO procedures and Connecting Transmission Owner’s operating protocols and procedures as they may change from time to time. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO will consider changes to their respective operating protocols and procedures proposed by Developer.
