Technical and Interconnection Requirements 2.1 Consumer agrees that his Rooftop Solar PV System and Net Metering System will conform to the standards and requirements specified in the Policy, Regulations and Supply Code as amended from time to time.
Telework Members are eligible for teleworking during the professional work days designated for grading and reporting at the end of the first, second and third grading periods, and on the day of the Maryland State Education Association Convention if that day is a duty day for teachers.
RESTOCKING (EXCHANGES AND RETURNS) There will be no restocking charge to the Customer for return or exchange of any item purchased under the terms of any award. If the Customer wishes to return items purchased under an awarded contract, the Contractor agrees to exchange, these items for other items, with no additional charge incurred. Items must be returned to Contractor within thirty (30) days from date of delivery. If there is a difference in price in the items exchanged, the Contractor must notify H-GAC and invoice Customer for increase price or provide the Customer with a credit or refund for any decrease in price per Customer’s preference. On items returned, a credit or cash refund will be issued by the Contractor to Customer. This return and exchange option will extend for thirty (30) days following the expiration of the term of the Contract. All items returned by the Customer must be unused and in the same merchantable condition as when received. Items that are special ordered may be returned only upon approval of the Contractor.
Changes and Cancellations Order changes or cancellations are subject to Seller’s written approval and additional charges may apply. Seller shall not be liable for any delays due to order changes. Seller may make changes in the Products without obligation to install such changes in any Product manufactured prior thereto. Seller may make such changes to any ordered Products as do not, in Seller’s judgment, interfere with the satisfactory operation of the Product. Seller may charge Buyer a cancellation charge of twenty percent (20%) if Buyer cancels any part of an order or if Seller terminates an order due to Buyer's violation of any duty to Seller.
WORK STOPPAGES, SECONDARY BOYCOTTS, AND JURISDICTIONAL DISPUTES 16.1 There will be during the term of this Agreement and as to any work covered hereby, no slowdown, no stoppage of work, no strike and no lockout, it being the good faith and intention of the parties hereto that by the execution of this Agreement, industrial peace shall be brought about and maintained, that the parties shall cooperate to the end that work may be done efficiently and without interruption. In the case of any violation of this Agreement the Employer and the Union shall be notified immediately.
Badges and Insignia Employees shall be permitted to wear Union pins or Shop Xxxxxxx badges.
Notifications of Outages and Maintenance In the event that a Registry Operator plans maintenance, it will provide notice to the ICANN emergency operations department, at least, twenty-‐four (24) hours ahead of that maintenance. ICANN’s emergency operations department will note planned maintenance times, and suspend Emergency Escalation services for the monitored services during the expected maintenance outage period. If Registry Operator declares an outage, as per its contractual obligations with ICANN, on services under a service level agreement and performance requirements, it will notify the ICANN emergency operations department. During that declared outage, ICANN’s emergency operations department will note and suspend emergency escalation services for the monitored services involved.
