List of Employees. The Employer will furnish the Guild with a current list of its members on a quarterly basis, identifying the employee’s name, address of residence, phone number, date of appointment and place of assignment. Such list shall be kept confidential, and used only for official Guild business. The Guild agrees not to disclose the names, addresses or telephone numbers of members to any person who is not an elected or appointed Guild representative.
