SCHEDULE –10 (See Clauses 2.8) COMPLETION CERTIFICATE 1 I/We, (Name of the Independent Engineer), acting as Independent Engineer, under and in accordance with the Concession Agreement dated ………….. (the “Agreement”) for the Project Facility at Sector-24 in Naya Raipur in the State of Chhattisgarh on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) basis, through (Name of Concessionaire), hereby certify that the tests carried out as per provision of Article 12.8 and Schedule-4 of the Agreement have been successfully undertaken to determine compliance of the Project Facility with the provisions of the Agreement, and I/We am/are satisfied that the Project Facility can be safely and reliably placed in commercial service of the users thereof.
