List. a. The Board shall maintain a list of approved Teachers-Teaching-On-Call indicating those who have teaching certificates. A copy of this list shall be forwarded to all schools early in the first term and be updated early in the second term each year. Copies shall be provided to the BVTU. b. Placement of a person’s name on the list shall be subject to the approval of the Superintendent. c. A person’s name shall not be removed from the list without just and reasonable cause.
