Livestock and Agricultural Production. Lessee acknowledges that Landowner or a lessee or licensee of Landowner may graze Iivestock or grow agricultural products (grain, alfalfa, hay etc.) on the Property. Lessee shall take all reasonable precautions and measures to prevent damage or injury to Landowner's livestock or agricultural production and operations, and shall be liable to Landowner for any and all material damages caused by Lessee to Landowner's livestock or agricultural production and operations and, in that regard, Lessee shall reimburse the Landowner for loss of livestock and/or agricultural production and agrees to fully defend and indemnify Landowner against aII actions, claims, costs (including court costs and reasonable attorney fees), damages, liabilities or losses, including the injury to or death of any livestock arising from or in any way relating to Lessee's activities on the Property, whether or nor such activities are negligent, accidental or unintentional.

  • Recycling (a) To the extent the Master Fund is authorized to retain or recall for reinvestment proceeds received by the Master Fund from the Underlying Funds, the Fund may retain or recall such amounts as the General Partner, in its sole discretion, deems necessary or desirable to facilitate such reinvestment (which may include the payment of fees or expenses of the Master Fund, as well as investment in Underlying Funds).

  • Environmental, Health and Safety The Policy Board shall review, approve and monitor environmental and workplace health and safety guidelines, the goal of which is to achieve compliance with current national, state and local laws and regulations regarding environmental and workplace health and safety.

  • Plant An electrical generating alternative energy resource facility developed by Producer for which IID shall provide transmission service, as specified in Exhibit(s) II, Transmission Service, and in any subsequent Plant Amendments.

  • Transportation Reasonable transportation costs incurred in connection with the transportation of employees and material necessary for Operations.

  • Animals Except for guide, signal or service dogs in use by a blind, deaf or physically handicapped person or a watch dog used by the Tenant, no animals shall be allowed, even temporarily, anywhere in or on the Property without the Landlord’s prior written consent, which consent may be withheld, conditioned or delayed at the Landlord’s discretion.

  • HEALTH AND WELFARE During the Term of Employment, Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs made available by the Corporation to the Corporation’s senior-level employees generally, as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.
