Living Expenses Upon Relocation at New Location. After the first seven (7) days has expired at the new location and the employee can establish to the satisfaction of the Employer that there is no suitable housing available, then:
(a) the Employer shall pay an employee not accompanied by dependants at the new location, a living allowance of twelve dollars ($12) per day up to a maximum of thirty (30) days; or
(b) the Employer shall pay an employee accompanied by dependants at the new location, a living allowance of fifteen dollars and fifty cents ($15.50) per day up to a maximum of sixty (60) days.
(c) Where an employee is receiving the payment in (a) above and is later joined by their dependants at the new location and the employee is still eligible for payment under this section, the payment shall be as in (b) above. However, the maximum period of payment under (a) and (b) shall not exceed sixty (60) days.

(a) the Employer shall pay an employee not accompanied by dependants at the new location a living allowance of $10 per day up to a maximum of 30 days; or
(b) the Employer shall pay an employee accompanied by dependants at the new location a living allowance of $13.50 per day up to a maximum of 60 days; or
(c) where an employee is receiving the payment in (a) above and is later joined by her dependants at the new location and the employee is still eligible for payment under this section, the payment shall be as in (a) above. However, the maximum period of payment under (a) and (b) shall not exceed 60 days.

(c) Where an employee is receiving the payment in (a) above and is later joined by his/her dependents at the new location and the employee is still eligible for payment under this section, the payment shall be as in (b) above. However, the maximum period of payment under (a) and (b) shall not exceed sixty (60) days.

(a) The Commission Employer shall pay an employee not accompanied by dependants a living allowance of $25 $26.50 per day up to a maximum 30 days; or
(b) The Commission Employer shall pay an employee accompanied by dependants a living allowance of $30 $31.80 per day up to a maximum of 60 days;

(a) The Commission shall pay an employee not accompanied by dependents at the new location a living allowance per day up to a maximum of 30 days • twenty-six dollars and sixty cents ($26.60) effective July 1, 2014; • twenty-six dollars and eight-seven cents ($26.87) effective July 1, 2015; • twenty-seven dollars and twenty-seven cents ($27.27) effective July 1, 2016; • twenty-seven dollars and sixty-eight cents ($27.68) effective July 1, 2017; • twenty-eight dollars and ten cents ($28.10) effective July 1, 2018 per day up to a maximum of 30 days, or
(b) The Commission shall pay an employee accompanied by dependents at the new location a living allowance per day up to a maximum of 30 days of • thirty-one dollars and eighty-five cents ($31.90) effective July 1, 2014; • thirty-two dollars and twenty-two cents ($32.22) effective July 1, 2015; • thirty-two dollars and seventy cents ($32.70) effective July 1, 2016; • thirty-three dollars and nineteen cents ($33.19) effective July 1, 2107; • thirty-three dollars and sixty-nine cents ($33.69) effective July 1, 2018 per day up to a maximum of 60 days.
(c) Where an employee is receiving the payment in (a) above and is later joined by their dependants at the new location and the employee is still eligible for payment under this section, the payment shall be as in (b) above. However, the maximum period of payment under (a) and (b) shall not exceed 60 days.

(b) The Commission shall pay an employee accompanied by dependants at the new location, a living allowance of: $31.90 effective date of ratification; $32.22 effective July 1, 2015; $32.70 effective July 1, 2016; $33.19 effective July 1, 2017; $33.69 effective July 1, 2018 per day to a maximum of 60 days;
(c) wWhere an employee is receiving the payment in (a) above and is later joined by their dependants at the new location and the employee is still eligible for payment under this section, the payment shall be as in (b) above. However, the maximum period of payment under (a) and (b) shall not exceed 60 days.
