lnsurance. 8.1 The Hirer will throughout the continuance in force of this Agreement without prejudice to the liability of the Hirer to the Lessor keep the Vehicle (including any replacement Vehicle provided under Clause 6.6 above) insured with an insurance company of good repute or with Lloyd's Underwriters against loss or damage from all risks including third party risks). The Hirer shall notify its insurers that the Vehicle is on hire from the Lessor and request the insurers to endorse a note of such interest on the policy of insurance, the premium receipts and Insurance Certificate and shall not use or allow the Vehicle to be used for any purpose not permitted by the terms and conditions of the policy of insurance or do or allow to be done any act or thing whereby the insurance may be invalidated. If the Hirer shall make default in the payment of any premium in respect of the insurance the Lessor may pay such premium in which event the Hirer shall repay the amount thereof to the Lessor on demand. The Hirer shall indemnify the Lessor against all loss or damage to the Vehicle not recoverable under the policy of insurance.
lnsurance. (Credit Union) agrees to carry and maintain from the Effective Date of services until the expiration of the Initial Term or any subsequent Renewal Term of this Agreement the following insurance policies:
lnsurance. (a) The Consultant represents that as of the date of execution of this Agreement, it maintains professional liability insurance to provide for errors, omissions and negligent acts that may arise from the services rendered under this Agreement in the minimum amount of ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000.00).
lnsurance. (a) The Employer aQrees to fully-paid Employers Insurance of Wausau Plan Basic with Major Medical containing a $50 per person and $150 per family deduc- tible oer year or equivalent plan medical insurance for the employee and leQal deoendents. -
lnsurance. 7.22.1 Not to do anything whereby the policy of insurance on the Premises or on the Fixtures and Fittings may become void or voidable or whereby the rate of premium on any such policy may be increased and to repay to the Landlord ail sums from time to time paid by way of increased premium and ail expenses incurred by the Landlord in or about any renewal of such policy rendered necessary by a breach of this prov1s1on.The Tenant's belongings wlthin the Premises are his and net covered by any insurance policy maintained by the Landlord.
lnsurance. 8.2.1 To insure the Premises and the Fixtures and Fittings specified in the Check-in lnventory and Schedule of Condition, normally covered by a householders comprehensive policy, to their full value with some insurance company of repute.
lnsurance. Any insurance that may be curried by Owner or Occupant against any loss or damage to the building or its contents and other improvements situated on the premises shall be for the sole benefit of the parties carrying such insurance, and each party hereby waives any rights of subrogation against the other party or their respective agents and employees. Occupant at Occupant’s expense shall secure his own insurance to protect himself and his property against all perils of whatever nature. Insurance on Occupant's property is a material condition of this agreement Occupant's failure to carry insurance Is a breach of this agreement end Occupant assumes all risk of loss, damage or theft to stored property that would be covered by such insurance. Occupant acknowledges that insurance is available from independent insurance companies for damage to Occupant’s property and for liability imposed on Occupant in this Agreement.
lnsurance. Consultant shall provide proof of insurance coverage during the life of the Contract: (a) Comprehensive General Liability and Automobile Liability lnsurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit applying to bodily injury, personal injury and property damage; (b) professional liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 per claim. The City of Sausalito shall be named an additional insured by separate endorsement on the liability coverage. Carrier shall provide notice to the City of any change in or limitation of coverage or cancellation no less than 30 days prior to the effective date. Proof of worker's compensation coverage pursuant to statutory requirement shall also be provided.
lnsurance. During the term ofthis Agreement, Flywire shall procure, is intended or shall be construed to confer upon any person any rights, benefits or remedies of any kind or character whatsoever, or to create any obligation ofa party to any such person.
lnsurance. GRANTEE shall comply with all of the insurance requirements in Exhibit B to this Agreement.
