Load In. 617.254.0007 • Venue must provide practical means for initial load-in and load-out of stage equipment and merchandise. • The Artist is a solo acoustic guitarist. Our labor needs are very minimal. Typically, we only need an audio tech and lighting director for load-in, the show, and load-out. The artist has his own sound engineer who typically runs monitors from front-of-house. • The Artist requests that in union houses that we go with the bare minimum call and please explain those calls and rules during the show advance with the Tour Manager.

Load In. Arabrot will be there on time posted in contract. In case of traffic, accidents or other hinderance Arabrot will keep promoter informed. Load-in help is welcome.
Load In. PURCHASER agrees to provide assistance with the unloading and re-loading of the ARTIST'S equipment, both at the time of arrival to the club and after the show.

(i. e., Assembling set, rehearsing, unloading equipment, etc. Set construction and painting, other than minimal touch ups, is not permitted on the stage.)
Load In. Management shall provide access to the venue a minimum of two (2) hours prior to the house opening to the public. All sound and lighting personnel and equipment shall be operational at this time. Purchaser shall provide three (3) stagehands to assist with load in, set up and load out. Stagehands should be at venue when band arrives and available until after load out is completed.
Load In. Exhibitors may begin set-up as early as NOON the day of the event. All materials must be placed inside Woodstock City Church by 3:00 PM. Once all materials have been unloaded, you MUST move your car to the designated exhibitor parking area.
Load In. Exhibitors may begin set-up at 1 PM the day of the event. All materials must be placed inside Chattahoochee Technical College by 3:30 PM. Once all materials have been unloaded, you MUST move your car to the designated exhibitor parking area.
Load In. All venues in which engagements are to take place must be available to ARTIST's crew ten (10) hours prior to show time on the first day of engagement.
