Lobbying Leave. Lobbying efforts with prior approval by the superintendent will be allowed for one (1) day per certified teacher per building if substitutes are available. No more than four (4) certified teachers district-wide and no more than one (1) certified teacher from any attendance center will be allowed to take leave to lobby on any one (1) day.
