Overtime Work Definition Overtime for non-exempt employees working any work schedule is actual time worked in excess of forty (40) hours per workweek.
Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday. All other overtime Monday through Friday shall be paid at double time (2x).

Grievance Defined A grievance is defined as an alleged breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. It is the desire of the parties to this Agreement that grievances be adjusted informally wherever possible and at the first level of supervision.
All Cost and Time Impacts to be Included Each Change Order shall include all time and monetary impacts of the change. Failure to include a change in Contract Time or in Contract Sum in Change Orders shall be considered a zero price/zero time Change Order and shall waive any change in Contract Time and Contract Sum. Commencement of Work upon a Change Order is conclusive proof that the Contractor accepts the Change Order.
Grievance Definition A grievance is an allegation by an employee or a group of employees that there has been a violation, misapplication, or misinterpretation of this Agreement, which occurred during the term of this Agreement. The term “grievant” as used in this Article includes the term “grievants.”
Standard Work Week The standard work week shall be thirty-five (35) hours and is composed of five (5) consecutive standard work days.
Project Definition The known characteristics of the Project and sub-projects shall be described in general terms which will provide the participants a basic understanding of the Project and sub- projects.
Definition of Working Days Working day" as used in the Grievance and Arbitration procedure shall mean a day other than Saturday, Sunday or a recognized holiday.
