LOCAL GOVERNMENT OMBUDSMAN. 27.1 Where any investigation by a Local Government Ombudsman (as appointed by the commission for Local Administration in England) takes place the Consultant shall:
LOCAL GOVERNMENT OMBUDSMAN. 30.1 In the event of a complaint being made to the Local Government Ombudsman (“the Ombudsman”) concerning the Provider’s actions or omissions in carrying out the Service under this Agreement, the Provider may become subject to investigation by the Ombudsman. In such circumstances the Provider will co-operate in any such investigation, and produce any information or explanation, either in writing or by the attendance for interview by the Ombudsman of any person within the Provider’s control or produce any document within its control as may reasonably be requested.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT OMBUDSMAN. 16.1 In the event of a complaint to the Commission for Local Administration in England (the Local Government Ombudsman) involving activities the subject of the Contract, the Provider shall give to the Council and to the Local Government Ombudsman every assistance in the investigation of the complaint including access to records of any sort and access to the Provider’s employees for the purpose of interview.
LOCAL GOVERNMENT OMBUDSMAN. 15.1 The Council has a duty to respond to any requests for information from the Local Government Ombudsman in respect of any complaints the Ombudsman may be investigating. The BID Company shall assist and cooperate with the Council (at the BID Company’s expense) to enable the Council to comply with any relevant requests for information from the Ombudsman and in so doing will comply with any timescale notified to it by the Council.
LOCAL GOVERNMENT OMBUDSMAN. 44.1 In the event of a complaint to the Local Government Ombudsman involving activities the subject of this Contract, the Concessionaire shall at its own expense give to the Council and to the Local Government Ombudsman every assistance in the investigation of the complaint.
LOCAL GOVERNMENT OMBUDSMAN. 27.1 Where any investigation by a Local Government Ombudsman (as appointed by the commission for Local Administration in England) takes place the Consultant shall:
(a) provide any information requested in the timescale allotted;
(b) attend any meetings as required and permit its personnel to attend;
(c) promptly allow access to an investigation of any documents deemed relevant; and
(d) co-operate fully and promptly in every way required during the course of the investigation.
27.2 For the avoidance of doubt, no additional payment to the Consultancy Fee shall be made to the Consultant for performing the requirements set out in clause 27.1.
LOCAL GOVERNMENT OMBUDSMAN. 13.1 In the event of a complaint to the Commission for Local Administration in England (the Local Government Ombudsman) involving activities the subject of the Agreement, the Hub School shall give to the Council and to the Local Government Ombudsman every assistance in the investigation of the complaint including access to records of any sort and access to the Hub School’s employees for the purpose of interview.
LOCAL GOVERNMENT OMBUDSMAN. 18.1 The Supplier acknowledges that the Commissioner for Local Administration (the Local Government Ombudsman) may investigate the performance of the Agreement by the Service Provider and any act or omission in connection with the Agreement by the Supplier and or its Staff
