LOCAL, REGIONAL NATIONAL GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES. Section 2. Except in cases where an employee can be suspended or discharged without a warning letter, an employee subject to suspension or discharge shall be allowed to remain on the job, without loss of pay, unless and until the suspension or discharge is sustained under the grievance procedure. The Union agrees that it will not unreasonably delay the processing of such cases. An employee remaining on the job under this provision may be removed from service if he/she commits another disciplinary offense for which he/she is subject to suspension or discharge without a warning letter under this Agreement. Grievances related to a discharge or suspension notice All grievances must be filed in writing with the Company within ten (10) calendar days. If the grievance cannot be resolved locally within five (5) working days, Sections 3 (c) below applies.

LOCAL, REGIONAL NATIONAL GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES. Section 1. A grievance is hereby defined to be any controversy, complaint, misunderstanding or dispute arising as to interpretation, application or observance of any of the provisions of this Agreement. Grievance procedures may be invoked only by the authorized Union or Employer representative.
