Local Union Meetings. The Company shall grant a leave of absence without pay to Local Union Committee members for the purpose of attending meetings called by the Local Union provided: (a) The Company receives sufficient notice. (b) Not more than two (2) employees from a shift within a department are concerned. (c) Not more than three (3) employees from a department are concerned. (d) The general efficiency of the Company's operations shall not be adversely affected.
