Common use of Lodge Membership Clause in Contracts

Lodge Membership. Employees covered by this Agreement who are not members of the Lodge at the time it becomes effective and who have successfully completed thirty (30) days of employment, shall be required as a condition of continued employment to become members of the Lodge or to pay a representation fee to the Lodge, and such condition shall be required for the duration of this Agreement.
