PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:
CUTTING AND PATCHING OF WORK 4.14.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for all cutting, fitting or patching that may be required to complete the Work or to make its several parts fit together properly. 4.14.2 The Contractor shall not damage or endanger any portion of the Work or the work of the State or any separate contractors by cutting, patching or otherwise altering any work, or by excavation. The Contractor shall not cut or otherwise alter the work of the State or any separate contractor except with the written consent of the State and of such separate contractor. The Contractor shall not unreasonably withhold from the State or any separate contractor his consent to cutting or otherwise altering the Work.
Route of Haul PURCHASER shall furnish to STATE, at the time of making request for scaling approval, a map showing the scaling location and the precise route which shall be used to haul logs from the timber sale area to the scaling location. Such route shall be the most direct haul route between the two points, unless another route is approved by STATE. The route of haul may be changed only with advance notice to and approval by STATE. Upon loading at the timber sale area, a log load shall be directly hauled to an approved scaling location, if required to be scaled. Log loads shall not be stored for late delivery without written approval from STATE.
Signaling Link Transport 9.2.1 Signaling Link Transport is a set of two or four dedicated 56 kbps transmission paths between Global Connection-designated Signaling Points of Interconnection that provide appropriate physical diversity.
Cellular Telephone Executive shall receive reimbursement for reasonable expenses associated with Executive's use of a cellular telephone in performing his services.
COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.
Area of Concern Separation of xxxxxx and steps. Standard: So long as xxxxxx and steps do not separate an average of more than one (1) inch from the building, settling, heaving, and separation of such xxxxxx and steps is to be expected. Developer or Initial Purchaser must immediately seal cracks appearing with a waterproof substance.
Work Plan Coordinate a work plan including a list of the proposed meetings and coordination activities, and related tasks to be performed, a schedule and an estimate. The work plan must satisfy the requirements of the project and must be approved by the State prior to commencing work.
Contract Area Block which superficial projection is delimited by the polygon defined in Annex I or the plots of the Block remaining subject to the Agreement after the partial relinquishments provided for herein are made.
PRODUCTION DEFINITELY DISCONTINUED If the holder of the approval completely ceases to manufacture a type of vehicle approved in accordance with this Regulation, he shall so inform the authority which granted the approval, which in turn shall forthwith inform the other Contracting Parties to the Agreement applying this Regulation by means of a communication form conforming to the model in Annex 1 to this Regulation.
